Wild Hearts started as a couple of backyard hives and a handful of hens, and it's stayed small on purpose. We keep our bees and our layer flock the old-fashioned way — no shortcuts, no heavy processing, just honey and eggs the way they came off the farm. Every jar is raw and unfiltered, and every carton is gathered the same morning we list it.
